Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your Favorita Home purchase. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

How to request a return

  1. Email favoritahomeofficial@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your request.
  2. We will reply within 24–48 business hours with return instructions. Please do not send an item back before receiving those instructions.
  3. Return eligible items in their original condition and packaging using the instructions provided.

Eligible items

  • Items requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Unused items in original condition, with original packaging and included accessories.

Non-returnable items

  • Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories.
  • Gift cards and clearly marked final-sale items.

For hygiene reasons, opened bedding and similar items may be returned only when unused and with the original seal intact. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, faulty,
