By visiting, browsing, or purchasing from favoritahome.store, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

We work hard to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours and textures may still appear differently on your screen depending on your device and its settings, and small variations are normal for textiles and handmade items. Product descriptions, availability, and specifications may change at any time without notice, and we may limit quantities or discontinue any product at our discretion.

3. Orders and acceptance

When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. Favorita Home may accept or decline any order at its discretion, for example where an item is out of stock, a price is listed in error, or fraud is suspected. Your order is accepted only once we confirm it and your payment has been processed. If we cannot accept or need to change an order, we will contact you using the details you provided.

4. Prices and payment

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown at the time your order is placed and confirmed in your order confirmation email. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude any customs duties or import taxes charged by your country. Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout; we do not store your full card details.

5. Shipping

Shipping is free worldwide. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 7–14 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and refunds

Purchases may be returned or refunded only in accordance with our Return Policy, which gives you 30 days from delivery to request a return on unused items in their original condition.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with or disrupt the site or its security, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, to submit false information, to transmit viruses or malicious code, or to collect data about other users.
